Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Chief of Staff to work closely with our executive team, ensuring operational efficiency, strategic execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, driving key initiatives and ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Streamline internal operations, improving efficiency and communication across teams.
  • Manage high-priority projects, tracking milestones and ensuring timely execution.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the executive team in meetings and facilitate critical discussions.
  • Optimize workflows, develop dashboards, and provide data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 2-10 years of professional experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, product management, or operational role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
  • Ability to work in person in Cambridge, MA.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with AI or machine learning is a plus.
